Summative ELPAC Testing

Who takes the Summative ELPAC? 

A summative assessment is administered to ALL English Language Learner students to assess language acquisition growth over the last year. 

Used to reclassify students as Fluent English Proficient (RFEP).

2025 Summative Testing Schedule 

• Summative ELPAC window is February 21st - March 31st. 

• Summative ELPAC Make-Up Testing after Spring Break. 

• DO NOT give a summative assessment to Newcomer EL Students who start school in the second semester. 

• Summative testing for these students will occur in April/May. Please reach out to Camila Kcomt with questions about summative testing for newcomers.
